Hello! My name is Priscilla and I love to run! I tend to be a little high strung and running has been the one thing that keeps me sane. The more stress there is in my life, the more I need to run and the last few years have been some of the most stressful years yet!
I'm currently registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Nutrition & Dietetic Technician specializing in weight management and chronic disease prevention/management though nutrition and healthy living. I'm also a proud member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I'm a firm believer that nutrition is the foundation to all that we do. It can make or break you. I'm passionate about helping people make life changes that change their lives forever. I've worked in clinical pediatric nutrition, I've helped fellow runners, and I've even worked with older adults and athletes to help them meet their goals. I'm passionate about what I do because I know that a healthy life is a rewarding one.
I'm also a wife to the most patient and supportive husband I know and a mother to two crazy amazing kiddos. Between work, home life, and training for my running and triathlon events I keep myself pretty busy. Even as I write this, I don't know how I do it all! Through it all, I run my heart out in hopes of keeping my sanity and creating health and wellness in my life. I started this blog because I wanted to connect with other runners, mothers, and like-minded individuals. Feel free to follow along in my journey and share yours as well!
